PBS have started a 24 week project to rebuild a grade 2 listed bridge in Mowthorpe Scarborough.
The project means that the bridge will be restored to its original stone format. Parts of the bridge were widened in the 1920s and constructed in concrete.
PBS are rebuilding the bridge on behalf of NYCC. The project will involve constructing a temporary bridge alongside to keep access open to vehicles and other forms of traffic whislt the project is underway.
