Ellerbeck North and South bridges carry the A169 Pickering to Whitby road over Eller Beck (and an unnamed tributary) approximately 3.5km south east of Goathland and 20km north of Pickering, in the North York Moors National Park. Ellerbeck North bridge is the larger of the two, and is situated approximately 50m from Ellerbeck South bridge.
PBS are undertaking 12 weeks worth of repair work to the bridge, work includes:
Installing masonry stitching anchors, minor masonry repairs, replacing the three damaged water spouts, rebuilding the north west wing and much more.
